1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Automation Zebra ("we", "us", "our"), including our website, signup flow, and the automation workspace provisioned to you upon subscribing. By creating an account or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. The Service
Automation Zebra provides a hosted automation and CRM workspace, provisioned to each customer as an individual account, along with related features such as marketing, sales, and support automation tools. Access is provided on a subscription basis for the plan duration you purchase (3, 6, 9, or 12 months).
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during signup (including your full name, business name, phone number, and email address) and keep this information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Payments & Plans
Subscription fees are charged upfront for the plan duration you select at checkout. Prices and available plans are displayed at the time of signup and may change for future purchases. All payments are processed through our third-party payment gateway; we do not store your card, UPI, or bank details.
5. Refunds
Please see our Return and Refund Policy for details. In short: we do not offer refunds once a subscription has been purchased.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to send unsolicited spam or fraudulent communications, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, or to reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the platform without our written permission.
7. Service Availability
We aim to keep the platform available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to features from time to time, and are not liable for temporary downtime caused by us or by third-party infrastructure we rely on.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may stop using the service at any time; this does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid.
9. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Automation Zebra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
